Order Policy
We encourage you do not wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the purchase. No refund will be issued for altered, modified or used items.
Our price quotes include shipping by UPS ground. If you wish we can make other priority shipping arrangements. You are responsible for paying shiping cost for other arrangements you request.
For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
No refund will be issued for special order items that are irregular size or not part of our standard line.
We also place special orders. On special orders there is no refund.
When you place your order online you can cancel your order before we send you a confirmation.
After confirming your order you will receive your gowns within 12-17 weeeks, unless we have it in collection it will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
If there is any problem with goods shipped from our store, you may call the store within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a Return Authorization. You may return the goods to the store. When we receive your return we will deduct $50.00 for our shipping and handling costs and refund the balance of your purchase price.
